Yes, you can purchase extra Life
Symbols as required. One Life Symbol
is free of charge with your order.
Will life symbols work with all
urns?
No, life symbols will only work with
horizontal/vertical metal urns and
wood urns.
What is your shipping policy?
Shipping is included free of charge
within the 48 contiguous states
excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and the US
Virgin Islands.
How do you handle returns?
In order to ensure the best possible
return service, customer must notify
us prior to any returns to obtain
proper return instructions.

prevent delays and additional
