Customers may return any
non-personalized product
purchased on Urnoutlet.com
as long as it is in new and
unused condition. It must be
in its original packaging
for a refund. The shipping
cost will not be included,
and the customer is subject
to a 15% restocking charge.
We only accept returns
within 10 days of the
original purchase date.
Please call for a Return
Authorization Number, and
verify the return shipping
address. Once we receive the
merchandise, we reserve the
right to determine the
condition of the urn. It is
the customer's
responsibility to insure the
item for its full retail
value in case item is
damaged during shipping back
to us.
Shipping Note:
Standard UPS Ground shipping
is included with every
purchase within the
continental USA. For
quicker shipping or for
shipping in Canada, Hawaii,
and/or Alaska please call
for the additional charges.
